Family constellations
Making the invisible visible, revealing intergenerational issues and reoccurring patterns, exploring connections and alliances between people- a constellation can do all this.
What happens in a session? I work with only one person, the other members of the system are represented by placeholders (either pieces of paper or figurines). After a brief discussion of the issue, the placeholders are placed on the floor intuitively, often without the client knowing who is being represented. We will then look at the image created and see what comes up.
Constellation work is a very powerful method for uncovering what lies behind. One or two sessions are often enough to bring about clarity, insight and relief.
Trauma healing
There are different types of trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD, childhood trauma, ACE). They often affect us deeply and are the cause of other conditions such as depression and attachment difficulties.
In trauma healing, we avoid long conversations about the past trauma and instead concentrate on resolving it in the here and now via the nervous system.
Childhood trauma
Traumatisation often occurs in the first years of life, which we do not remember.
This is normal and not an obstacle. Because we work through the body and the nervous system, the trauma can be processed even if we don’t remember it.
